IIMC Redmond Is Happy To Announce:
Buddhist Meditation for Stress and Anxiety
May 24th &25th
Whether you are new to meditation or already practicing,
this is an opportunity to learn meditation, explore what the
Buddha taught, and discover how we can apply these
teachings in our lives to understand and reduce stress
and anxiety.
Participants are welcome to join one or both sessions.
Each session includes an introduction to Buddhist
meditation, meditation practice, discussion, and Q&A.
Saturday

Morning Only
9 AM – 12 PM
